Sessions support attunement to the innate wisdom of our body-mind. A mindfulness-based somatic focus allows us to move below the cognitive realm into the physical body where our lived experience resides. Exploring our somatic landscape, we discover what is underneath our patterns and beliefs. Through this work, we move towards nervous system regulation, restoration of secure attachment, healing of relational ruptures, completion of interrupted developmental phases, resolution of trauma and integration of a solid sense of self. Deepening our somatic awareness naturally encourages resilience and resourcefulness for actualising an authentic, nourishing and meaningful life.
