Your breath reflects your life 

How you breathe reflects how you live life

Take a moment to become aware of your breath…

Is your inhalation or exhalation longer? Is your breath smooth. Do you hold your breath in? Do you hold your breath out? Is your breath long or short? Do you breathing down low in your abdomen or up high in your chest?

In taking time to tune into your breath, notice if your breathing pattern has changed in any way.

Now ask yourself the question, how does the way I breath reflect how I live my life. Contemplate this for a moment and see what you discover.
